  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Start by cutting your biscuits into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball
  3. Meanwhile add the water and baking soda to a pot and bring to a rapid boil.
  4. Once boiling , add your dough balls in a few at a time for 30-45 seconds and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicon liner.
  5. Brush a whisked egg over the dough
  6. Bake for 17-20 minutes until pretzels are browned
Recipe Notes

If you want them extra salty, you can add a course salt or pretzel salt on prior to baking. With the butter flavor baked in we felt it had enough salt on its own
